What Tibor Deme can say in an interview about
Burning More Calories While Walking:

Enjoy walking but looking for some ways to increase the intensity and get more bang for your buck? Here are a few tips that you can apply today to help you to reach your weight and fitness goals:

    1. Simply extend the distance of the walk to burn more calories than you typically do.
    2. Intensify walking speed which will get the heart rate up and in turn, burns more calories. It should be performed in intervals of speed walking for 2 minutes and then back to a slower pace for 45 seconds, then repeat.
    3. Walk with ankle weights or a weighted vest, which is designed to take your workouts up a notch and will help you build lean muscle mass, increase calorie burn, and build strength.
    4. Combine all three to intensity your walking workouts and achieve the maximum desired effect.

Walking is one of the most popular forms of exercise. By just adding a little more time and/or intensity you will get even more out of this well-liked activity.
