What Dr. Mike Evangel could say on
Keeping Your Resolutions:

    • Taking a step in the right direction is a good idea any time of the year.
    • Traditionally New Year’s Resolutions often end up on the scrap heap before the end of January.
    • A valuable strategy is to try to not bite off more than you can chew and limit yourself to one New Year’s Resolution. Accomplishing one resolution is better than having 10 failed resolutions.
    • After you fully adopt any resolution, you can always implement another at any time of the year.

Here are my top 6 New Year’s Resolution suggestions for 2022:

      1. Eliminate junk food from your diet.
      2. Increase the amount of exercise that you are getting.
(Always consult a physician before starting any exercise program.)
      3. Try to get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep a night, preferably 8.
      4. Think more positively and not negatively about everything in your life!
      5. Minimize your exposure to toxins, including EMF.
      6. Spend more time outdoors in nature and in the sunshine.

What Tibor Deme can say in an interview about
How We Can Achieve a Healthy Lifestyle:

Gaining weight creates pathways for illness and disease in the body. Understanding the reasons why this happens is the secret to achieving our health and wellness goals:

1. The Western Lifestyle

Unfortunately, our diet is high in processed foods, which in turn are high in sodium and sugar, and other chemicals. The very foundation of our diet causes us to crave or even be addicted to these ingredients, which, over time, create pathways to illness and disease in the body. Sodium and sugar activate “reward” or “pleasure” eating which initiates an undesired and unhealthy habitual eating pattern. Consuming large amounts of sugar and sodium can lead to weight gain.
