What Leni Rivera can say about
Working From Home
:

Remote, Hybrid, or Return Fully? It is apparent that the initial phases of reentering the workplace will call for a hybrid approach, with the majority of employees continuing to work remotely. As local government and CDC restrictions ease, there may be an expectation for employees to return to the office fully. And while this may be the case for the second phase of reentry, it may not be the case long-term.

Here are 5 tips for enduring success while working from home:

 1. Don’t schedule back-to-back zoom meetings anymore. Keep at least 15 minutes free between meetings, and block off time to work with no meetings.

 2. Get up every 30 mins, and give yourself breaks.

 3. Set up your home office:

      • Quiet place
      • Great lighting
      • Appropriate background for virtual meetings

 4. Invest in ergonomic designs.

 5. Set specific start and end times to your day, and stick with it!
